Hotel Guest Privileges

  1. One (1) Hotel Guest Privileges coupon will be distributed to Ponte 16 hotel guests upon check-in
  2. Hotel Guest Privileges coupon includes a designated F&B item coupon, a 50% discount pass redemption coupon for designated restaurant and a Late Night Meal redemption coupon
  3. Hotel guests can register or/ and redeem corresponding F&B items at designated location within specific period of time mentioned on the coupons
  4. Only new sign up Ponte 16 members will be eligible to redeem the 50% discount pass for designated restaurant
  5. Ponte 16 members can exchange the Late Night Meal coupon with a Late Night Meal redemption coupon at VIP Services Counter
  6. Ponte 16 members can approach Sixteen Eight Restaurant from 9pm to 1am with valid “Late Night Meal” coupon for redeeming corresponding F&B item.
  7. The redemption item is subject to availability
  8. Guests should present the valid coupons with Sofitel room key card upon redemption
  9. Each member can use maximum one coupon per transaction
  10. Participant(s) must be 21 years of age or older
  11. Members are required to present Ponte 16 Membership Card, original identity document (such as passport, travel document or residence card) for 50% discount coupon at 1/F VIP Services Counters
  12. Hotel Guest Privileges coupons are subject to availability while stock lasts
  13. Any coupons will be forfeited after valid date & will not be replaced or reissued if expired, lost or stolen
  14. All coupons are non-transferrable
  15. All coupons will be considered as null and invalid if it is altered or damaged
  16. Only original coupons are valid and acceptable, photocopy is not accepted
  17. Members have to present the F&B coupon when placing order
  18. All F & B redemption items are subject to availability, while stock lasts

  20. Designated F&B item is for dine in only, cannot be taken away

  23. Ponte 16 Macau will not make any arrangement and will not bear any responsibility on any unsuccessful redemption due to participant’s personal issues
  24. Employees, temporary employees, agents, successors and assignees of Ponte 16, its advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this promotion shall be ineligible to participate in the promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein
  25. Participants of this promotion agree to use their names and/or likeness for promotional use without compensation and abide by the terms and conditions stated by Ponte 16
  26. The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and the Chinese version
  27. Ponte 16 Macau reserves the right to amend any terms and condition stated herein and may withdraw or discontinue the promotion at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of Ponte 16, Macau
